Michael T. Cook | President & Founder

Michael is the President and Founder of CORPORATE [IT] SOLUTIONS. He started the company in 2001 driven by a vision to lead an organization to help solve IT challenges while focusing on his core values of service; honesty, communication, and expertise. Mike’s experience working for enterprise solutions providers such as EMC and IBM provided the perfect opportunity to hone his technical skills but also focus on delivering value to clients. As a forward thinking leader Mike has led the company to various accomplishments including the Boston Business Journal’s Pace Setters Select70 Award in 2012, 2013,2014, & 2015 along with MSPmentors worldwide Managed Services rankings as #107 in 2013, #94 in 2014, #89 in 2105 and #85 in 2016 as well as many of the industry’s highest vendor partnership standings. Mike attributes his success by simply surrounding himself and empowering the right people and nurturing a positive, team based culture.

Jeffrey Boardman | Chief Technology Officer

Jeff was a technical evangelist and prodigy before his career even began. In 1999, Jeff attended the Baron Institute of Technology and graduated with honors from the electronics program. He thrived in technical roles at US Robotics and Motorola before joining Michael Cook in 2001 with hopes of building a solution oriented technology company, based on shared values in service. Jeff oversees CORPORATE [IT] SOLUTIONS Datacenter Operations as well as solutions architecture and has played a crucial role in the continued success of the company, technical direction, and service delivery. All while maintaining advanced technical certifications from our vendor partners including Dell, Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware.

Bill Burke | Chief Information Officer

As the Chief Information Officer Bill is responsible for overseeing all of engineering. As a second generation technologist Bill has held several engineering positions within Corporate IT Solutions before being promoted to CIO. Prior to joining the CITS team, Bill operated his families IT Consulting practice for over five years. He graduated with a degree in Computer Science and holds several technical certifications including Microsoft, VMWare and Cisco.

Kevin Randall | Vice President of Operations

After excelling at some of the industry’s leading technology solutions providers Kevin joined Corporate IT Solutions in 2011. He joined the company to undertake the challenge of developing the Project Management Office, and continued to develop the corporate process, teams, and policies across the organization that would provide Corporate IT Solutions the capability to deliver quality services while undergoing rapid organizational growth. Kevin’s focus on continuous improvement continues driving the organization forward. He compliments the leadership team by developing, aligning, and executing initiatives focused on enabling corporate strategy and vision. Kevin stands out as a highly motivated and results oriented operational leader within the technology space.

Steve Ethier | MSP Manager

Steve is a results-driven, client focused executive with extensive experience in creating and leading high-performance organizations, implementing technology solutions, and managing multi-faceted teams to success. As an IS Systems Support Manager with 15 years’ experience managing many diverse Project teams and IS support teams with Dell Services and OneBeacon Insurance, and previously, 10 additional years’ experience in business management, Steve has developed his craft as a leader of successful IT teams by utilizing excellent communication and managerial skills, driven by a need for constant improvement and customer focus. With a desire to go back to his roots of building a small business, Steve joined CORPORATE [IT] SOLUTIONS in 2014 as the Professional Services Manager, quickly showing his ability to lead and drive teams to success, and now Steve leads the MSP Team with the same focus. Under Steve’s management, the team is driven to improve the services they provide, shown by a consistent increase in customer service and satisfaction.

Meghan O’Keefe | Project Delivery Manager

Meghan graduated from Bentley University with a degree in Management and joined Aldi, Inc. as a District Manager. At Aldi, she oversaw and managed the operations of stores throughout the North East and managed store openings that helped Aldi expand into the Massachusetts retail market. Since joining Corporate [IT] Solutions in 2012, Meghan has utilized her operational management skills as well as focus on building great client relationships to help build the Project Management team. With her experience managing financials in the past, Meghan is constantly focused on the budget but also dedicated to making sure the results meet the expectations and needs of the customer. As the Project Delivery Manager, Meghan oversees the Project Management team to ensure the successful completion of all projects. Meghan holds her PMP, CAPM and ITIL Foundations certifications.
