Managed Services Program
Corporate IT Solutions Managed Service Program
We are excited to introduce this valuable service to you and your organization. We become your IT Department and provide technical support for each user and every device on your network, as outlined in your Managed Services Agreement.
Your Managed Services Program provides you with Unlimited Help Desk/Remote Support during the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday or a 24×7 model depending on your selection. In addition to providing you with Unlimited Help Desk/Remote Support, we can also monitor your servers and their critical services such as Exchange, SQL Databases, and other specific line-of business applications installed on them, along with your internet connection, firewall and routers.
Should any of these services fail, our Network Monitoring Systems will attempt to restart them automatically. Should these attempts fail, a trouble ticket will be created immediately, and an Engineer will be alerted to begin the troubleshooting process. Our goal is to increase productivity and minimize your downtime, this is just one tool that we rely on to achieve this objective.
If Vendor Management is included in your Managed Services Program, we relieve you of the burden of having to manage all of your Vendors, and allow you the ability to focus on running your business. You will receive additional documentation to complete.
Corporate IT Solutions uses a managed services platform to enable engineer’s access to remote management capabilities. This allows our Engineers to remotely control, configure and monitor networks from our Network Operations Center. Engineers do not need to be physically present at a client site or system to perform maintenance or troubleshooting.
This managed services platform has many features that ease network management and reduce administrative overhead. Typically, field engineers work within several different consoles and separate applications to get the necessary functionality for client network management. The web console integrates these applications into a single management console. Some of the management features provided by the MSP application include:
- Patch Management
- Computer Inventory and Audit
- Remote Desktop Management
- Network Monitoring and Alerts
- Help Desk and Trouble Ticketing
- Software Deployment
- Integrated Reports
- Network Policy Enforcement
- Desktop and Server Security
- Web Based Administration
- Endpoint Security
- User State Management
